AEPE 5.45 - Multiple minor improvements.

Released AEPE 5.0.1 - Decryption problem solved with extra long passwords. Fixed some minor problems with files decryption using very long passwords.

Bug fixed: When decrypting file from windows explorer with very very long password, AEPE shown the error message "password is too long for "desx algorithm".

When encrypting file from windows explorer and with PKI encryption. Now the key file path text file is read only and the repeat password text field is hidden (not disabled as previously).
